You will receive one Sunrise Strip-It Fabric Stripper Tool plus 10 Replacement Blades as pictured. These items are new never used but the top blade in replacement blade package has an area of what appears to be oil on top blade and the clear plastic package has a tear in one end. Both of these are just for the Strip-It Blades package. The Strip-It Tool turns fabric into braiding strips by simply pulling pieces of fabric through the tool and it cuts them into uniform strips. Use your scraps to make quilts, rugs, braiding and other crafts. Tool cuts up to four strips at a time in 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch or 1 1/4 inch widths.
